At checkout we copy your order details and open a chat with us on Instagram. Paste and send them, and we reply with payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and you can follow it under My orders.

You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Write to us on Instagram or email with your order number and we will update it before it is packed.

Suits come unstitched by default — kurta fabric, bottom fabric and dupatta. Choose Custom stitched on the product page and we tailor it to your measurements for an extra charge; it adds about a week. You can enter measurements at checkout or send them in the Instagram chat.

Custom-stitched pieces are made to your measurements, so they can't be returned. Unstitched pieces can be returned within 7 days with tags intact.

Orders are dispatched in 14–21 business days. Express delivery takes 7–14 business days.

Standard shipping is free on orders above $250 for standard shipping.

We ship across Canada and to the United States. US orders may be charged import duties by US customs on delivery.

You can return or exchange unworn pieces with tags intact within 7 days of delivery. Request a return from My orders and we will arrange a pickup.

Jewellery, customised or altered pieces and items bought on final sale cannot be returned for hygiene and craft reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us. Refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer.

Use our size guide — measure your bust, waist and hips and pick the size that fits your largest measurement. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

Most suits have 2 inches of margin at the side seams so a local tailor can take them in or let them out.

Dry clean embroidered, silk and velvet pieces. Store them folded in a muslin bag, away from direct sunlight, and steam rather than iron over embroidery.

Our cottons are pre-washed, but natural dyes can release a little colour in the first wash. Wash dark colours separately in cold water.
