What we collect
We collect the details you give us at checkout — name, phone, email and delivery address — along with order history and basic device information used to keep the site secure.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, answer your questions and, if you opt in, share new collections. We never sell your personal data.
Payments
You pay by Interac e-Transfer from your own bank. We never see or store your banking details; we only see the sender name and amount on the transfer.
Where your data is stored
Your account, addresses, measurements and orders are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States, and product photos with Cloudflare. Access is limited to our team and protected by encryption. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your information.
Your choices
You can update your details from My account, unsubscribe from emails with one click, or ask us to delete your data by writing to newsletter@riwaajcreates.com.
