How to request a return

Go to My orders, choose the order and select Request return. Pick a reason and a pickup slot, and we will collect the parcel from your door.

Guest orders can be returned by writing to newsletter@riwaajcreates.com with the order number.

Non-returnable items

Jewellery, altered or customised pieces and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return passes a quality check we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer.
